Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour half of the honey sriracha mixture over them. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the salmon fillets for 2 minutes per side.
Brush the remaining honey sriracha mixture over the salmon fillets and transfer the skillet to the oven.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Serve the Honey Sriracha Glazed Salmon hot with steamed rice and stir-fried vegetables.
