Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and then press the herb mixture onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
Place the herb-crusted salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the savory herb-crusted salmon hot, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
